It is capable of maintaining link lengths of up to 80km, utilizing a 100 GHz channel spacing. Operating within a temperature range of -5 to 70°C, it requires a single 3.3V power supply. The transceiver is equipped with a cooled 1550nm EML laser and includes a limiting electrical interface receiver. It utilizes a duplex LC connector and incorporates built-in digital diagnostic functions for enhanced performance monitoring.
