This transceiver operates with a 100 GHz spacing in the DWDM C-band, supporting link lengths of up to 40 kilometers. It accommodates data rates ranging from 1.2 Gb/s to 11.3 Gb/s, including 10 Gigabit Ethernet. The device is designed to function within a case temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and requires a single 3.3V power supply. Featuring a cooled 1550nm EML laser, the FTLX3971MTCXX is hot-pluggable with a standard SFP Plus footprint. It also includes a limiting electrical interface receiver and an LC Duplex connector, along with integrated digital diagnostic functions to monitor performance effectively.
